New for 2011 Toyota Matrix
Matrix 2011 has a number of changes, including new seat fabric, an amendment to the emergence of standards and status of the Control Panel, and revised front and rear bumper design on S models and more standard features. Matrix also comes with free maintenance for Toyota scheduled care and assistance on the road for two years or 25,000 miles.

Matrix has the appearance that the aggressive front cover features a puffy, wraparound headlamps and a thin and small trapezoidal grille. Smooth bodyside templates to give the appearance of a modern matrix, and the hatchback forward-swept D - pillars enhance the shape of a sports car.

2011 Toyota Matrix Gear Toyota Matrix Under the Hood
Base models are equipped with four-cylinder 1.8-liter mated to either five-speed manual or four-speed automatic. S comes with a four-cylinder 2.4-liter mated to either five-speed manual or automatic transmission.
All models are front-wheel drive, except for the trim all-wheel-drive specially equipped S, which uses a four-speed automatic.
Base models and S front-wheel-drive comes with a basic torsion beam rear suspension; model all-wheel-drive S background gets more complex double-wishbone suspension.
